I have always been mesmerized by light flowing through
glass and the colors of a prism.

About four  years ago, I  took a fused glass class.
As I fingered the varied textures and  colors of the artistic glass,
I knew immediately I had found my passion.  Each week, I spent an
entire day in a Sacramento glass studio experimenting with fused glass                                 techniques.  I must confess, my very first projects were something
                    “only my mother could love.”

Now, it seems, everything I see and do presents a challenge to create it in glass.  Stunning colors call out to me, and the wonderfully unique shapes and designs that can be created are endless.  Creating distinctive glass art keeps my life exciting and fulfilling.

My hope is you, too, will find pleasure in my art.

My husband, Kevin Danel, and I are long time residents of Fairfield.
We have two daughters, two granddaughters,
and a gran-dog.
