About the
FAIRFIELD-SUISUN VISUAL ARTS ASSOCIATION

The Art Association began more than 50 years ago.  It received it's non-profit corporate designation (501(C)(3) under the name of Fairfield Visual Arts Association.
In 2009, the FVAA was offered a space at the historic Lawler House building.  The board made the decision to assign the Lawler House gallery to a limited number of members, who would be juried in based on their ability to produce fine art and their willingness to contribute extra time and organization skills to keep the gallery functioning.
Membership would also entail paying extra dues.

Membership with FVAA did not guarantee membership into Lawler House Gallery.
As the Lawler House Gallery gained prominence, the Association changed its name, doing business as the Fairfield-Suisun City Visual Arts Association.  Our corporate identification, however is still the Fairfield Visual Arts Assocaiton.

The FSVAA now has their gallery at the Solano Town Center in Fairfield.  Click here to go to the website.    Click here to download a membership application to FSVAA.
