Donna Covey is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area splitting her time between Benicia, California and the Sierra Nevada town of Truckee.  After 35 years working as a school principal, teacher, and education consultant she decided to pick up her paintbrush and begin creating watercolors and acrylics.

Buoyed by re-discovering her artistic talents, what started as a hobby has blossomed into a new career. She will tell you, “My intent is to find and enhance  - with splashy color - the beauty of existing buildings and include a little whimsy in the process.”
